About Me

I am a massage therapist, a member of the Institute of Sports and Remedial Massage and currently studying osteopathy at the London School of Osteopathy.

Being a sport enthusiast myself, I have always found massage to be of great help when dealing with sports injuries, their prevention as well as general musculoskeletal dysfunctions and this sparked my interest in becoming a sports massage therapist.

After completing an ITEC course in Swedish (Holistic) Massage, I took further courses to develop Deep Tissue Massage techniques and subsequently obtained the BTEC diploma in sports massage and sports treatments.

I offer Sports, Remedial, Deep Tissue, Swedish and Relaxation Massage. Treatment is available at the clinic in Marble Arch and in a private therapy room at Oxford Circus, both in central London; alternatively in the comfort of your own home or hotel room.

Whether you are a runner training for a marathon, a sports person recovering from a muscle injury or perhaps work in an office environment, sitting in the same position for long periods or carrying out repetitive tasks, you will find massage very beneficial. Each treatment is tailored to your individual needs.

Holistic My aim is not only to relieve pain and speed up the injury healing time but also that you leave the session feeling refreshed, more relaxed and in a better frame of mind to enjoy your day.
